Ingredients: 2 cups Edmonds standard flour; 2 tsp Edmonds baking powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup Chelsea white sugar; 1 1/2 cups Meadow Fresh milk, approximately

Ingredients

2 cups Edmonds standard grade flour
2 tsp Edmonds baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
½ cup Chelsea white sugar
1 ½ cups Meadow Fresh milk, approximately

Method

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
In another bowl beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk until pale and thick.
Add the egg mixture and the milk to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Gently heat a non-stick frying pan and drop large spoonfuls of the mixture from the point of the spoon onto the surface.
When bubbles start to burst on the top of the pikelets, turn them over and cook the second side until golden. Place in a clean tea towel to keep warm until they are all ready to serve.

There was a edmonds pancake recipie.that included baking soda.
What edition was that in?
I would very much like to retrieve that edition.

Not that great, did muck up on the sugar a little bit but If I followed it probably they would be yum. Not that fluffy and didn't ask to add vanilla? Not the best recipe I have came across try Just A Mums Kitchen ! Awesome

I make pancakes every day for breakfast they are so good I put Nutella on it and choc cips

So good and tasty makes a not a lot tho

Best Pancake recipe I've ever come across by far! If you follow the instructions properly, they ALWAYS turn out so thick and fluffy! AND they taste really good :)
