Edmonds Standard Grade Flour is an all-purpose flour to give you light tender results.  Recommended for light cakes and muffins, biscuits, slices, pancakes and shortcrust pastry.  It is also recommended for a variety of cooking uses including thickening gravies and sauces, batters crumbing and coating.
