It was very nice but just a little confused about the pan. EDMONDS: Glad you enjoyed them! For this recipe, a flat non-stick frying pan works best - just lightly greased. You want the surface hot enough that a drop of water sizzles, but not so hot that the pancakes brown too quickly. If your pan was too hot or too thick, that might explain any confusion. Hope that helps for next time!

Not sure how this recipe is so highly rated, pancakes came out thin and rubbery.
Good, but I think this recipe has 1 egg too many. And you can taste it in the pancake. Just far too eggy for my liking.
