I have not seen this biscuit made any where other than NZ. My Mother made this regularly when us children were little. They are crunchy and delightful. I’m going to try this recipe with Carob Powder and may add Carob chips too

If you have a sweet tooth, replace half the peanuts with chopped up chocolate! Best biscuits I've ever made. Reduce the sugar to 3/4 cup to counteract the sweetness if needed.
