Can you use self raising flour
Reply from Edmonds:
You can, but we wouldn’t recommend it. Self-raising flour will make the fritters puff up more and change the texture (They may end up softer and a little cake-like). For the best result, stick with Standard Flour) flour so your fritters stay nice and crisp on the outside and tender in the middle.

Love your recipes xxxx
Makes a firm, fairly thick fritter, nice and crispy. I added spring onion and garlic powder. Don't cook on a high temp, you want to get it cooked right through
Yummily delicious
Perfect never fail recipe. I add one red chilli with seeds & a spring onion also along with some grated parmesan. Eat hot with sour cream, avocado & sweet chilli sauce. YUM
it was too runny. yall should add frozen corn and zucchini in it.
Best and easiest recipe love them
Easiest & best recipe! We add onion to ours, sometimes a little chilli for a kick - serve as a stack with sour cream, bacon & sweet chili sauce! Yummo, pronto.
