IT WAS A BULLSEYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Turned out amazing! I had to add a splash more of milk to my mix but other than that, tasted delicious and homely! I also added two handfuls of chocolate chips and vanilla extract. I wish I added some cinnamon though for a fuller flavour. Good thing about this recipe is that you can make slight adjustments quite easily to fit your own taste!
1st bread in this cook book, it is delicious, quick to make & nicer with real butter - also this bread is nice to eat when not hot.
I can't bake to save my life, but this came out awesome and is a hit in my house.
