Peanut Butter Swirl Brownie

Dollops of creamy peanut butter are marbled through a dark fudgy brownie in this irresistible combination.

Peanut Butter Swirl Brownie


  • 1 ½ cups Chelsea white sugar
  • 350g butter, melted
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • ¾  cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Chelsea icing sugar


Heat oven to 170C. Line a 27 x 17.5cm brownie pan

Mix all ingredients together, apart from peanut butter and icing sugar, and spread into prepared brownie pan.

Melt peanut butter and icing sugar and dollop in large dots over the top of brownie mix, swirl through using a skewer. Bake for 30-35 minutes and slice when cool.
