Eggs Benedict

Enjoy over a leisurely weekend breakfast.

Eggs Benedict


  • ​3 English muffins
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 6 slices ham or bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ½ cup Hollandaise Sauce


  1. Split the muffins and toast them. Keep warm.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add ham and cook until golden on both sides.
  3. While ham is cooking, poach the eggs.
  4. Place a slice of ham on each muffin. Place poached eggs on top of ham.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with Hollandaise Sauce.
