Pancake Tacos

Soft, fluffy pancakes to fold around your favourite fillings like fresh berries, yoghurt, or even bacon and syrup. Easy to make and fun to eat, these tasty taco-style pancakes are sure to be a hit with everyone.

Pancake Tacos

Ingredients

 

To Serve

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (250g) punnet strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt (250g)
  • 1/4 cup Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup
  • chopped nuts, 100s and 1000s, chocolate chips or cereal, to sprinkle

Method

  1. Make pancake batter according to instructions on the bottle.
  2. Place a lightly greased non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Spoon batter (approximately 3 tablespoons per pancake) into hot pan and spread out with the back of a spoon to make a thinner pancake.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side, until lightly browned and cooked through.
  4. Top with fresh fruit and a dollop of yoghurt. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with your chosen toppings. Fold up like tacos and serve immediately.
