I'm on second rising, except its not and I suspect its not going to cook well, I've been making bread lately and thought I'd try this. It also takes longer than the 1.5 hours it says as you have to hand mix it and prepare. If this post is still here, then it didnt work well.
have used high grade flour for years with surebake yeast and always great result - haven't been able to get surebake yeast for weeks (have the OZ owners of Edmonds shut it down?) - tried using instant dry yeast 3 times now - complete disasters - produced three hard bricks even the birds don't like it much.
Used this twice and followed the instructions but it always turned out dense and hard. I usually bake bread with high grade flour but thought I would try this. I do not recommend.
