Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

  • ​2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • ¼ cup Meadow Fresh cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Chelsea icing sugar
  • ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest

Method

  1. ​Beat the butter and cream cheese until creamy. Sift over the icing sugar and add the lemon zest, beating well to combine.

Delicious. Tried reducing icing sugar for diabetic. Also used lite cream cheese and Oliviano butter. Put on carrot cake yummy.
