Put contents of biscuit base sachet into a bowl. Mix in butter. Press crumbs firmly over base and sides of a greased 20cm pie plate or over the base and halfway up sides of a spring-form tin. Chill.
Into an electric mixer bowl place milk and contents of filling sachet. Beat on low speed until all ingredients are moistened. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes or until thick and creamy. Fold cherries and chocolate through cheesecake mixture.
Pour into prepared crumb shell. Chill until firm. 4. Serve decorated with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
