Method

  1. Prepare red velvet cake batter and bake as per pack instructions 

  2. Leave to cool, then crumble and mix with 250g cream cheese, add slowly so mixture doesn’t get too wet!

  3. Roll into balls, stick skewer in and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until chilled.

  4. Melt chocolate of choice and dip the bottom of the cake pop

  5. Roll quickly in sprinkles before the chocolate sets!
