Christmas Red Velvet Cake Pops
- Prepare red velvet cake batter and bake as per pack instructions
- Leave to cool, then crumble and mix with 250g cream cheese, add slowly so mixture doesn’t get too wet!
- Roll into balls, stick skewer in and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until chilled.
- Melt chocolate of choice and dip the bottom of the cake pop
- Roll quickly in sprinkles before the chocolate sets!
