Serve these crowd-pleasing skewers at your next entertaining weekend anytime of the year, but you'll have to be warned, your guests will be asking for more next time!
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
4 chicken breast
Edmonds Deli Style Avocado and Roasted Garlic Dressing
1. Squeeze the lemon into a large bowl, then slice remaining lemon and add. Add sliced garlic, salt and pepper and ¼ cup olive oil.
2. Butterfly chicken breast and cut into strips. Place in marinade and refrigerate for 45 minutes. Soak 12 bamboo skewers during this time, in cold water.
3. Thread the chicken strips onto the bamboo skewers and grill on a hot BBQ for 10 minutes, turning frequently. Drizzle generously with Avocado and Roasted Garlic dressing before serving.
