For a breakfast option make larger fritters and add sliced avocado, sour cream and a swirl of sweet chilli sauce. You could even add a rasher or 2 of bacon for the non vegetarians!

1 tsp Edmonds baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
440g can cream-style corn
1. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper to taste into a bowl.
