Broccoli With Almonds

  • 500g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
  • 1. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender.
  • 2. In another small saucepan, melt butter. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • 3. Drain broccoli. Add almonds to butter mixture. Spoon over broccoli.
