Avocado Dip (Guacamole)

Make the most of this when avocados are plentiful.

  • 1 ripe avocado

    ½ cup sour cream

    2 tsp lemon juice

    3 Tbsp oil

    few drops Tabasco sauce

    ¼ - ½ tsp chilli powder

    salt

  • 1. Remove flesh from avocado and mash. 

  • 2. Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, oil, tabasco sauce and chilli powder. Season with salt to taste. 

  • 3. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
