Pineapple Delight

A simple no bake slice that the kids can help make.

  • BASE:

    250g packet malt biscuits

    120g butter, melted

    TOPPING:

    120g butter, softened

    1½ cups icing sugar

    2 egg yolks

    425g can crushed pineapple

    300ml bottle of cream

  • 1. To make base crush biscuits well and add melted butter. Mix together and spread into a 20×30cm slice tin. Flatten well with back of spoon until firm. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.


  • 2. Cream butter, sifted icing sugar and egg yolks until light and fluffy. Spread over chilled base. Drain pineapple and whip the cream. Mix together and spread over top of mixture. Store in fridge and cut into squares when cold.
