The grilling of the grapefruit caramelises the brown sugar and counters that tart grapefruit acidity.
1 grapefruit; 2 Tbsp brown sugar; cherries
1. Cut grapefruit in half. Carefully cut the flesh from the skin and cut between the membranes to loosen the segments. 2. Sprinkle each half with brown sugar. Grill until sugar melts. 3. Garnish with a cherry.
