500g broccoli, cut into florets ; 2 Tbsp butter; 2 Tbsp lemon juice; salt; black pepper; 2 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
1. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender. 2. In another small saucepan, melt butter. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. 3. Drain broccoli. Add almonds to butter mixture. Spoon over broccoli.
