Banana Smoothie

A base smoothie recipe that you can supplement with berries and other fresh fruit.

Prep Time: 10 mins


1 cup chilled milk or natural unsweetened yoghurt; 1 banana; 1 Tbsp honey; ground nutmeg to garnish


1. Put milk, banana and honey into a food processor or blender. Process until well combined and smooth. 2. Serve in a chilled glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
