Serve with simply pan-fried fish – or fish and chips.
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp finely chopped capers
1 Tbsp chopped gherkins
1 Tbsp finely chopped chives
1 cup Mayonnaise or Edmonds whole egg mayonnaise
1. Combine all the ingredients. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until needed.
