Spinach Salad

  • 1 bunch spinach

    6 to 8 mushrooms, sliced

    2 spring onions, sliced

    1 orange, peeled and segmented

    3 rashers bacon, cooked and diced

    ¼ cup French Dressing or Edmonds Deli Style French vinaigrette

    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

    ¼ cup toasted flaked almonds

  • 1. Tear spinach into bite-sized pieces and place in salad bowl.

  • 2. Add mushrooms, spring onions, orange segments and bacon. Chill before serving.

  • 3. When ready to serve add French Dressing and toss. Garnish with eggs and flaked almonds.
