Waldorf Salad Nibbles

This is the perfect light nibbles for all occasions. Creamy waldorf served on pieces of celery, we've worked out how to eat salad with your fingers!

  • ½ cup Edmonds whole egg mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp lemon juice

    2 pink lady apples, diced

    5 celery stalks, 2 diced and 3 cut into 6-10cm pieces

    ½ cup walnuts, roasted and chopped

    1 cup red grapes, cut in half

  • 1. To toast walnuts, place on an oven tray and roast at 180°C for 7 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Keep your eye on them as they can burn easily.

  • 2. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, apple, diced celery and toasted walnut pieces in a bowl and season to taste.

  • 3. Arrange the celery pieces on a serving platter and top each with a generous spoonful of salad mixture and the sliced grapes.
