Chicken & Honey Mustard Mayo Wraps

​Have fun with these wraps that blend everyone's favourite combo, chicken and honey mustard mayo, with a slice of orange.

  • 1 Tbsp black peppercorns

    1 bay leaf

    2 chicken breasts, skin off

    ¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded

    1 cup red cabbage, shredded

    8 large flour tortillas

    2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced (or segmented)

    ¼ Spanish onion, thinly sliced

    ½ cup Edmonds Honey Mustard Sandwich Mayo

    1. Boil a medium pot of water and add a tablespoon of salt, peppercorns and bay leaf before adding the chicken breasts. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover pot. Poach chicken for 15 minutes. Remove chicken and cool. Slice and set aside to build wraps.
    2. Mix shredded lettuce and cabbage in a bowl and set aside.
    3. Keep all other ingredients separate and ready to serve. Heat tortillas on grill or hot fry pan.
    4. Serve all ingredients on a large board and allow everyone to build their own wraps starting with honey mustard mayo on the tortilla, lettuce mix, orange, onion and top with poached chicken and an extra dollop of mayonnaise. Season to taste and then roll the tortillas.
