2 cups Edmonds high grade flour
¼ tsp salt
6 Tbsp cold water, approximately
1. Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Cut one-quarter (50g) of the butter into the flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add sufficient water to mix to a stiff dough.
