  • 8 well-soaked or cooked prunes

    4 rashers bacon, rind removed


  • 1. Remove stone from prunes.

  • 2. Cut each rasher of bacon in half. Wrap each prune in bacon. Secure with toothpick.

  • 3. Place on an oven tray. Grill on both sides until bacon is cooked. Serve warm.
