Wagyu Beef Burger with Caramelised Onion Mayo

  • 800g Wagyu beef mince

    4 slices Swiss cheese

    4 rashers bacon

    4 brioche buns or hamburger buns

    Rocket leaves

    Tomato relish

    Edmonds Caramelised Onion Sandwich Mayo

    Pickles to serve

  • 1. Divide mince equally into 4, wet hands and roll each portion into balls then flatten into patties.

  • 2. Heat BBQ grill on high and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side, turning once. Remove patties and top with Swiss cheese.

  • 3. Grill bacon rashers and toast buns.

  • 4. Top each bun base with rocket leaves, tomato relish, beef & cheese pattie, bacon rasher and a good squeeze of Caramelised Onion Mayo.

  • 5. Serve with pickles.
