Use to replace fresh cream as a filling for sponges and cakes.

  • 100g butter, softened

    1 cup icing sugar

    1 Tbsp milk

    ΒΌ tsp vanilla essence or

    1 tsp finely grated lemon zest

  • 1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla.

  • 2. Beat until thick and pale like cream.
