Mock Cream

Ingredients

  • 100g butter, softened (or Olivani Spread)
  • 1 cup Chelsea icing sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Meadow Fresh milk
  • ΒΌ tsp vanilla essence or
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla.
  2. Beat until thick and pale like cream.

This is butter frosting, not mock cream. Mock cream has ege white in it. What a fail.
