Ingredients

​2 Tbsp butter, softened

¼ cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup icing sugar

½ tsp finely grated lemon zest

Method

​1. Beat the butter and cream cheese until creamy. Sift over the icing sugar and add the lemon zest, beating well to combine.
