Natural Muesli

Get creative and make your own personal museli combination.

3 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup Edmonds wheat germ or wheat bran

1/2 cup coconut

11/2 cups dried fruit - e.g. sultanas, raisins, apricots, cranberries and pineapple

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup nuts - e.g. walnuts, almonds, cashews


1. Mix all the ingredients together. 2. Store in an airtight container.; VARIATIONS: Add lightly toasted pumpkin, sesame, sunflower and/or linseeds.
