A tasty variation on the basic white sauce which you can make gluten free as well.
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp Edmonds standard flour*
1 cup milk, heated
salt and pepper
½ cup grated tasty cheese
*For a gluten free version substitute with an equal quantity of Edmonds gluten free flour
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until frothy.
