The texture of this dessert is more mousse like rather than a heavy cheesecake. Best make the night before.
1 packet Edmonds Continental Cheesecake Mix
6 Tbsp butter, melted
1½ cups cold milk
½ cup chopped cherries
100g chocolate, melted
½ cup whipped cream
1. Put contents of biscuit base sachet into a bowl. Mix in butter. Press crumbs firmly over base and sides of a greased 20cm pie plate or over the base and halfway up sides of a spring-form tin. Chill.
