Tropical Delight Cake in a Cup

Our Raspberry and Coconut Cake in a Cup is delicious as it is, but why not get a little creative in the kitchen and try out this tropical delight by adding some pineapple with a dash of passionfruit.

  • 1 Edmonds Cake in a Cup Raspberry &

  • Coconut packet mix

    3 Tbsp milk

    1 Tbsp canned pineapple, chopped

    1 passionfruit, optional

    1. Use a 310mL capacity microwave safe mug to avoid overflow.
    2. Combine 1 cake mix sachet and 3 tablespoons of milk in your mug.
    3. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds with a spoon until evenly blended and smooth.
    4. Fold through 1 tablespoon of chopped, canned pineapple pieces.
    5. Microwave for 1 minute as directed. Remove mug from microwave by handle and let it stand before enjoying.
    6. Add a drizzle of passionfruit as a finishing touch.
