800g Wagyu beef mince
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 rashers bacon
4 brioche buns or hamburger buns
Edmonds Caramelised Onion Sandwich Mayo
Pickles to serve
1. Divide mince equally into 4, wet hands and roll each portion into balls then flatten into patties.
2. Heat BBQ grill on high and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side, turning once. Remove patties and top with Swiss cheese.
3. Grill bacon rashers and toast buns.
4. Top each bun base with rocket leaves, tomato relish, beef & cheese pattie, bacon rasher and a good squeeze of Caramelised Onion Mayo.
5. Serve with pickles.
