  • 3 cups rolled oats

    ½ cup Edmonds wheat germ or wheat bran

    ½ cup coconut

    1½ cups dried fruit - e.g. sultanas, raisins, apricots, cranberries and pineapple

    ¾ cup brown sugar

    1 cup nuts - e.g. walnuts, almonds, cashews

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  • 2. Store in an airtight container.; VARIATIONS: Add lightly toasted pumpkin, sesame, sunflower and/or linseeds.
