Grilled Grapefruit

The grilling of the grapefruit caramelises the brown sugar and counters that tart grapefruit acidity.

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • cherries
  • 1. Cut grapefruit in half. Carefully cut the flesh from the skin and cut between the membranes to loosen the segments.
  • 2. Sprinkle each half with brown sugar. Grill until sugar melts.
  • 3. Garnish with a cherry.
