Eggs Benedict

  • ​3 English muffins

    1 Tbsp butter

    6 slices ham or bacon

    6 eggs

    salt

    pepper

    ½ cup Hollandaise Sauce

  • 1. Split the muffins and toast them. Keep warm.

  • 2. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add ham and cook until golden on both sides.

  • 3. While ham is cooking, poach the eggs.

  • 4. Place a slice of ham on each muffin. Place poached eggs on top of ham.

  • 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with Hollandaise Sauce.
