Banana Smoothie

A base smoothie recipe that you can supplement with berries and other fresh fruit.

  • 1 cup chilled milk or natural unsweetened yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ground nutmeg to garnish
  • 1. Put milk, banana and honey into a food processor or blender. Process until well combined and smooth.
  • 2. Serve in a chilled glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
