Use bought croissants to make things quick and easy for a special breakfast.
4 croissants; 4 rashers bacon; 1/2 avocado, sliced; 1 tsp lemon juice; pepper; chutney
1. Cut croissants in half horizontally, almost right through. Set on an oven tray and keep warm until ready to fill.
2. Remove rind from bacon and cook until crisp. Keep warm.
3. Brush each slice of avocado with a little lemon juice.
4. Divide bacon and avocado among croissants. Season with pepper to taste. Serve warm with chutney of your choice.;
