  • ​2–3 slices bread of your choice

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 190˚C.

  • 2. Cut bread slices into small dice and place on a shallow baking tray. 

  • 3. Bake for 10 minutes or until evenly browned on all sides, shaking the tray occasionally during cooking. Or fry the diced bread in a little oil and butter and drain on paper towels.
