Ingredients List:

Wheat flour, animal and vegetable fats/oils, water, butter (from milk), salt, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, 471), raising agent (336), preservative (202), antioxidant (320), flavour.

Contains gluten-containing cereal, milk, and soy as indicated in bold type. Made on a production line that also produces products containing egg.

About This Product:
  • Keep frozen until ready to use.
  • Separate pastry sheets while frozen by inserting the point of a knife between the pastry sheets and film. Slide knife from side to side to separate sheets. Immediately return any unused pastry to the freezer.
  • To defrost - allow to thaw for 5-10 minutes before use. Once thawed do not refreeze.
  • Working with pastry - Cut out the top of the pie first.  Do not knead together any scraps or you will lose the pastry lamination.  Lay scraps on top of each other and roll to the size and thickness required.  Use this rework for the pie base.​  
  • Egg wash helps to give a golden pastry finish. Simply whisk together 1 egg and 1 Tbsp of water. Brush onto pastry before baking.
