  • Edmonds Wholemeal Flour is made from all parts of the wheat grain, suitable for wholemeal baking or for adding a wholemeal texture when used with Edmonds Standard Grade or High Grade Flour. 
  • Recommended for use in wholemeal cakes and muffins, wholemeal biscuits, wholemeal bread, and can be used in place of breadcrumbs for coating.  
  • ​Store in a cool, dry place
  • Consume flour only after cooking
