To make custard
MIX: 2 Tbsp custard powder with 1 Tbsp sugar and ¼ cup (60mL) milk in a saucepan.
STIR: 1¾ cup (440mL) milk into the custard mixture.
HEAT: to boiling, then simmer for 2-3 minutes or until thickened. Stir constantly.
SERVE: immediately or cool quickly by standing the saucepan in cold water.
