Baking Powder 400g

TJ Edmonds produced his first batch of Baking Powder in 1879 in response to learning of his customers dissatisfaction with the unreliable baking powder products they were able to purchase at the time.

Surebake Yeast 130g

Edmonds Surebake is a blend of active dry yeast and bread improvers to make breadmaking easy. Recommended for breadmaking and also for use in breadmaking machines.

Instant Dry Yeast

​Edmonds Instant Dry Yeast has been carefully grown and specially dried to maintain high fermenting power. These become active when water, heat, and flour or sugar are added. The yeast then produces carbon dioxide gas which causes bread dough to rise.
